Great Customer Service I bought a 2016 Jeep GC Summit last summer after searching the local area for the right car. Brandon Sagan and Demetrius Diggs went above and beyond, I bought a 2016 Jeep GC Summit last summer after searching the local area for the right car. Brandon Sagan and Demetrius Diggs went above and beyond, making the purchase quick and painless. They went so far as to deliver the car to the Chicago suburbs for me, a trip of 100+ miles. I took the car back to Darrow for some service and I accidentally misfueled the car. When the gas tank was reassembled, it wasn't learned until I got home that the gas gauge wasn't working correctly. Brandon again arranged to have the car picked up close to me and then delivered to my home, saving me hours of travel time. I would certainly buy another car from Russ Darrow, even though it is a state away from me. Brandon will be my first call when it is new car time! More
