This dealership is all around amazing. Jhalil was the best guy I had the pleasure of working with. Purchased a Jeep from you guys about a year ago. Called ahead a few days ago to ask if I could make an appointment to bring my car in for service as I will be driving over a thousand miles to Colorado in a ahead a few days ago to ask if I could make an appointment to bring my car in for service as I will be driving over a thousand miles to Colorado in a couple of days. Was told specifically that you do not take appointments. Today, I called again to make sure I could bring my car in and that they would have availability. This time, I was told that I need an appointment, and then the lady I was speaking to then clarified that I don’t need an appointment and that service center was open until 6. I got there at around 3:30pm, asking for an oil change and for someone to check out the error message on my car that states, “ Service passive entry vehicle will not shut off or restart” along with a key symbol warning light appearing. Jeff Best was the service advisor who greeted me and told me he would check it out or have someone else check it out. Great. I went and waited and when I was told it was finished, I paid for the service and went out to my car only to see the same error message and warning light show up. I came back in and asked about it. Was told Jeff had already left for the day and that I would need to make an appointment for someone to check it out despite being told that that would be done today and that I didn’t need an appointment. I’m not sure the name of the guy I spoke to, but clearly he had zero desire to help me at this point, so I went and asked someone I thought to be a service technician. She told me I could try to get a new battery put in my remote. I went inside to do that. Went back out to my car to check to see if that was the issue, and the warning light continued to show up so I went back inside and told them. Was essentially told that’s too bad, you still need to pay for the battery even though that wasn’t the issue and clearly no one had any desire to actually help me figure out what the issue was. The laziness and lack of accountability along with the way I was spoken to when I just wanted someone to do what I was told would be done was incredibly disappointing given the fact that I purchased a Jeep from you guys just a year ago. Regardless of whether or not I was supposed to make an appointment for an error message to be checked out as there appears to be some confusion amongst your staff of what your policy actually is, I was told something was going to be checked out and there was zero follow up or accountability, and furthermore I was made to feel like simple follow through was a ridiculous thing to ask for. I was told I would just have to call back tomorrow to make an appointment even though I double checked beforehand to make sure I didn’t need one because today is the only day I am free before leaving. What a horrible experience. I will not be giving you guys any of my money in the future. More
