He even went far above and beyond to ensure I got the blue Niro. I ended this journey with Rio who went through all the paperwork and answered all my questions. He ensured my plates were on the Niro and that I was set up with the oil change reminder. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin, the general manager who verified I was being taken care of and asked as a returning customer if there was anything I didn't like. They all understood the pain of my accident and wanted to ensure I was comfortable. As long as Ryan is in service I will continue to remain a loyal customer for life. ;) More
