The worst part is always when they try to sell you other warranties. I know this is part of the job but the warranties are not even reasonablely priced, this is not a reflection of the sales people who we worked with at all! Best customer service! Everyone there was honest, very professional, and fast working. I came in looking for a car to take to college with me that had 110,000 miles on it. After talking with Valencia it made more sense to get a car that had less miles and more space, which ended up with a 2016 Kia Soul! That car probably saved our lives after we were hit by a Peterbuilt truck so of course we wanted the exact same car and Russ Darrow had it. We still hadn’t settled with insurance but Tionne set us up and it was done in no time - my husband is not always the easiest or most pleasant negotiator , but Tionne took care of everything and we drove home 2hrs later. I can’t thank Tionne enough- car buying isn’ t always fun but this time it was Rio makes us laugh too. Thanks guys More
