Kia had my car for two days without any update, told me I would have to pay for my car out of pocket knowing I just got my car in February. I had to call them personal to get an update on my own car. My main concern is not everyone wearing mask, seem like it is optional. I didn't like the fact of sitting face to face while wearing mask doing paper work and no glass partition. Thirdly, I like to suggest even though that we agree on the numbers, it is still important to go thru' the sale agreement and explain the numbers at the end, not everyone deal with buying car on a daily basis.
