We were test driving Sorentos around Milwaukee until Russ Darrow had a nice vehicle and we met Josh. We looked no further and have been satisfied ever since. Josh researched and answered our constant questions, worked in good value of our trade-in, went out of his way to accommodate us in the final details of the sale and was always friendly along the way. Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa will be our first (only?) stop when we seek a newer Kia to replace our 2007 Spectra. Great experience from the sales staff. Jerome and Mark made the buying part easy, informative and pleasant. Only hiccup was in the finance department. Lamont at first was friendly but his entire demeanor made the buying part easy, informative and pleasant. Only hiccup was in the finance department. I understand this is likely a big part of his income but my wife and I felt he become cold. He stopped talking. It actually made us feel uncomfortable.
