Terrible experience! We went in after finding the vehicle we wanted on the website. Asked for Mike Duda, as he was referred to us, and he was paged. We waited quite some We went in after finding the vehicle we wanted on the website. Asked for Mike Duda, as he was referred to us, and he was paged. We waited quite some time when another salesman (didn't catch his name) asked if we needed help. We said yes, we didn't want to wait, and that very nice gentleman started the process. We gave him the model number, then next thing you know another man comes up, and it's Mike Duda. He was the opposite of the other salesman. Rude, pushy, talked over us, then walked off to work with another customer. When he finally came back with the lowest trade-in offer we'd yet to see, as well as the highest lease payments we'd been quoted (plus, Russ Darrow added all sorts of extras to the vehicle and did not advertise this, so the price was $9k over advertised), he began yammering how he was the top salesman in the state and a very busy man. Funny how the top salesman in the state was unaware of the lease specials advertised on Kia's own website. More
