I came in to get my car serviced because I heard a whistling noise from my car so when the service department did the diagnostic they said it was the tires so when I went to one of the manager who got whistling noise from my car so when the service department did the diagnostic they said it was the tires so when I went to one of the manager who got the suv from Madison where I seen it on the website he told me the tires was fine so once again how the brand of the tire makes whistling noise I’m confused. So I have to purchase new tires to make the noise go away . Not satisfied at all More

I can’t into the dealer with concerns about two noises my 2016 Kia forte was making. I made a appointment over the phone 1. My engine is making a loud ticking noise I can hear from inside the car. 2. A whistling type noise when I step on the gas pedal and accelerate. Ryan told me the noise from the engine is normal he listened to it. The only other noise they can hear is from my tires when I accelerate on the gas. I get my paper work and there is nothing in there about them looking at my engine being checked. I called the store and spoke to Ryan and asked why is there not paperwork on my engine being checked. He told me because it was a conversation we had. I told him I want documentation saying that the noise you hear is normal for my Engine. So this is very frustrating because now I have to make a second trip to the store and he’s going to look at my engine again so I can get proper documentation this should’ve been done the first visit. Ryan was nice when he spoke to me and very pleasant however I feel like I was just rushed through. I also asked what maintenance my car needs it’s at 42,000 miles he told me he would let me know and that never happened either. More

There was no accommodation in price or apology for this false advertising. Also, I had to tell multiple people, multiple times that I did not want additional warranties or options. With two finance employees and one sales rep all in the room with me during the discussion, I felt pressured to purchase some additional coverage. However, when I repeatedly declined their offers, I was told I was "crazy" and that the employees were "scared for me." It did not make me feel confident or respected in the vehicle I was purchasing.
