I’m not too thrilled with having to bring my wife’s car in for KIA recalls. However, I really enjoyed my experience at Russ Darrow in Wauwatosa. Good morning good morning when I was there I was talking to her she was changing around words that I was saying to her even when I went for dings in my car and one of the things was by the door she said som to her she was changing around words that I was saying to her even when I went for dings in my car and one of the things was by the door she said someone had a crowbar that was trying to break into my car so I took it somewhere else and it was not that a crowbar somebody would have tore my car up and then she said someone in my neighborhood must not like me cuz I'm getting and I told her I did not say that she was saying words in my mouth she needs to take public relations to listen to people not put words in your mouth but I love your service I love the car and I love coming there and I still feel like it's family but she needs and some of the other workers there need to be more people friendly I'm no harm in tenant majority of the people the new people are there are females and they're not understanding and walk around like they're running things they do not speak and when I got dropped off my car and the lady that's supposed to open the door waited until I walked around to get into Uber then she opens the front door shame shame shame service there from the some of the workers there is guess what make you not come there but I enjoy there I still tell people to buy a car from Russ Darrow I enjoy that location and the people there they still make me feel like family but the new group of people that you have there they need to be regrouped and retrained especially the one that work with me thank you very much More

T was very helpful as it was not told to me that you do diagnostic testing first before service. That would have been a helpful piece of information. The car needed to be kept overnight.
