Overall I was very happy with this experience. I do my research and the price was good and the salesperson, Valencia, was great! She was not high pressure. We found the car on line and called the dealership. The vehicle was available when we went to test drive and our salesman did a good job working with to get a good price. Unfortunately there was only one k vehicle was available when we went to test drive and our salesman did a good job working with to get a good price. Unfortunately there was only one key fob for the vehicle which we were not made aware of until they handed us the key and rushed us out the door after we signed the papers. The salesman told us to find the key fob online and thought we could find it for about $15 then told us we would have to come back to the dealership and pay $75 to get the key laser cut. (Actual cost$40 on line) Very disappointed that the dealership wouldn't have had another key fob made prior to selling the vehicle (a 202 Kia) or at least made us aware. We asked several times during the negotiations and financing were and if there were two sets of keys but never received a response. The least they could have done was offer to laser cut the fob we purchase at their cost! This unfortunately left a sour taste in our mouth about the whole deal. This is a detail that should have been taking care of prior to showing the vehicle. The best part of the entire experience was Jalen the young man that showed us the features of the vehicle. Very thorough, patient with our lack of technology skills, and personable. More
