Although we dislike seeing anything less than a perfect rating, we do appreciate constructive criticism that allows us to improve on as many aspects as possible. I was able to locate your Repair Order to get some context, and I do see your concern about the low pressure indicator for one of the tires. It appears that after the Recall was completed, they did find the cause of the concern, and it was repaired for you free of charge (you can see the notes on your Paperwork). We apologize that you were not updated before the repair - we are working to address all aspects of our communication and timing with both our established and newer Team Members.
