Took my Kia soul in for what I wanted to call a "vacation" inspection. I was taking the car on a two week road trip and wanted to be sure everything was in good shape. After talking with the service writers I also purchased a oil change and tire balancing package. They were going to change the oil and balance my tires. Well I saw the oil change get done, but not so sure about the tire balancing. When I got home I noticed that all the wheels still had the original wheel weights, all dirty and crusty. I would have expected the old weights to be remove the wheels balance with new weights installed. Not really sure I received the service I paid for. Which also makes me wonder how good the inspection was. This is the second time I left this dealership with a bad feeling. I will not be back. More

Good dealership. Low class sales professional. The transaction took 5 hours to complete start to finish no exaggeration. The interactions with the sales rep were brie Low class sales professional. Made a agreement with me verbally on price, warranty, and trade in value to which I agreed to run my credit. After 4 hard inquiries on my credit he came back and said he could not offer the initial warranty which was a very valuable addition to a Tesla. He then gave me an alternative to the original which was a worse deal but after having all the hard inquires I was stuck to agree to the deal. His mistake cost me value on the deal. When telling him I was upset with the service he became irate with my initial 3 star review so I will lower it to 1 star. I am not inferring that the credit check made the warranty not possible. I am explaining that as a sales professional it should have been confirmed what was offered was possible before running credit. ESPECIALLY because it wasn’t contingent on credit approval. When you have two other sales reps without customers walking around there is no reason one guy should be handling 3 people wasting their time and offering subpar service. More
