I had to look far and wide for the car we wanted. We finally found it at Russ Darrow. The price was better than we could've hoped. She handled EVERYTHING that I need before we even went to the dealership. She confirmed the car, options, price, trade, and helped me sign the paperwork. All of this before I left the house. I also had some extra options that we wanted ordered. She ordered them and coordinated the install of them. We were driving 5 hours so I needed everything done before we went so I could get home. She did it all. We show up at the dealership and all we did was drop our trade at the front door, give her the keys, get the keys to our new car, get a walk through of the features and we were done! Really great experience! Tiara was a sweetheart, very helpful, not to mention easily in the top 10 most beautiful women I've ever seen! Not that it matters, but it should be said, gorgeous! When I need another car, need to trade, or just sell one of my other cars, I'm going to see Tiara at Russ Darrow Kia. I already know I won't be disappointed! More

The worst service possible. I needed to get my car in for service and was made to create an appointment via an automated service. I dropped it off the night before only to be to I needed to get my car in for service and was made to create an appointment via an automated service. I dropped it off the night before only to be told the next day that I didn’t have an appointment and that their automated service scheduler wasn’t working. Then they said they wouldn’t be able to provide an update until 2 days later. After I hadn’t heard anything, I called myself to get an update and they reported that they wouldn’t be able to look at it until 4 days from now. They also claimed they didn’t have any rental cars and that I’d have to pay for an enterprise car. I asked them if they’d be able to survive without a car from a Tuesday evening until the following Monday. I didn’t think so. More
