I tried to buy a new Sorento Hybrid EX from Russ Darrow of Wauwatosa that was available and being off loaded today. I was told I could purchase it at msrp. Fine, I'll pay cash. An hour later I'm told I mus of Wauwatosa that was available and being off loaded today. I was told I could purchase it at msrp. Fine, I'll pay cash. An hour later I'm told I must purchase their after market services because they really don't sell at msrp. "Paint protection" for $3995. Then an interior warranty for more additional cost which I don't recall how much that was because I was a bit shell shocked from this deceptive tactic. If they were honest from the start and told me they were charging 4000 to 5000 over msrp it would have saved us both time and this review. Oh, I have found dealers who ARE selling at msrp now. The market while still busy has softened. I hope people remember the dealers who took advantage of them at this time and find other dealerships to shop at. More

Brianna was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Jaylen was an incredible help as well. I rate both of them as high as possible. There was another managerial employee who was extremely condescending and berating to Brianna, was extremely unprofessional for literally yelling at her in front of her customer. He was a poor brand ambassador and hopefully not the type of person Russ Darrow would allow to behave in this way. The Finance Manager also treated Brianna in a horrible way, badmouthing her behind her back repeatedly. This mysogenistic behavior seems to be part of the Russ Darrow culture and seems to be left unchecked. More
