I had to look far and wide for the car we wanted. We finally found it at Russ Darrow. The price was better than we could've hoped. I put my trade in into the website link and they offered me more tha We finally found it at Russ Darrow. The price was better than we could've hoped. I put my trade in into the website link and they offered me more than other dealerships. We were looking as far as 650 miles away. I got contacted by Tiara from their sales team. She handled EVERYTHING that I need before we even went to the dealership. She confirmed the car, options, price, trade, and helped me sign the paperwork. All of this before I left the house. I also had some extra options that we wanted ordered. She ordered them and coordinated the install of them. We were driving 5 hours so I needed everything done before we went so I could get home. She did it all. We show up at the dealership and all we did was drop our trade at the front door, give her the keys, get the keys to our new car, get a walk through of the features and we were done! Really great experience! Tiara was a sweetheart, very helpful, not to mention easily in the top 10 most beautiful women I've ever seen! Not that it matters, but it should be said, gorgeous! When I need another car, need to trade, or just sell one of my other cars, I'm going to see Tiara at Russ Darrow Kia. I already know I won't be disappointed! More
