NEVER send a customer a text saying "relax" when you are the one who requests information and then subsequently forget why you requested it...then make excuses as to why you are unprofessional...to include being down two finance people and having 3 "real" customers in front of you because they are in store and we are on the phone...I have been in your dealership numerous times so I was just as "real" as they were. Also. saying "OH MY GOD" multiple times when I don't allow you to talk over me does not bode well either...took our business elsewhere and received what we should have received through Michael, courtesy, appreciation, and respect. Find better ways to cope with stress as taking it out on the customer is not working for you. More

Bernie is very sweet but didn’t listen to me AT ALL. I was surprised when the sales manager told me I had to pay/buy the Code Etch because it was alread on the vehicle. However the General Manager had no problem excluding it to get me to the price I wanted t pay/buy the Code Etch because it was alread on the vehicle.
