AFter patronizing several other kia establishment . I choose to remain with them not because I feel that they are perfect, My pet pea is you said it or did something whatever fix it. This is the only kia service in my 8 years that own it and correct the problem ....trust me that they did some crazy xxx...Point is I left only to come back as a customer because they do care. Sometime you just don't care to here what else they found wrong when you don't want to have to go out pocket what you know need be fix......Then it do sound good when they keep you up on the recalls, for me extended 50,000 more miles added to motor warranty.... They have always been excellent at dealing with my car. But also stated that I need 3 tires which I know about. But when I got my car front tires were extremely loud look at tire screen n stated both fron But also stated that I need 3 tires which I know about. Please re-train the man who filled them to pay attention when filling tires. More

Russ Darrow of Wauwatosa made the whole car-buying process very easy for us. They took the car that we were interested in (a Kia Sorrento plug-in hybrid) out of the showroom and let us drive it around process very easy for us.
