They were caring and honest throughout the entire process of buying my car. They were able to get me the exact model and color I wanted within 3 days of going there to see what inventory they had. No one pressured me to buy a vehicle. They just showed me my options which were printed out for me to take home. Dino even worked at getting me additional discounts. This was the first time I felt at ease buying a new car. I highly recommend going to this dealer. You won't be disappointed. More

Beware! Be wearing chainmail before you get out of your car! Greedy, rude SHARKS await you before you even put your shifter in Park. My wife and I pulled up to park next to a couple of sales people but I realized in was a handicapped spot so I backed out and moved over a couple of spots... And BOOM! I dude comes RUNNING out of the showroom right up to the front of our car and started waving us in. One of the other salesmen, from where I first pulled in, came RUNNING over to him asking him if he had an appointment with us. He said, "YES"...he did NOT and kept trying to get us to follow him into the building. The other salesman asked us if we had an appointment with him and we repeated NO. THEY STARTED ARGUING ABOUT WHO WAS GOING TO GET THE CUSTOMER. ON AND ON AND ON. We walked by them, went to the front desk and asked for ANY OTHER salesperson other than those two wankers. STRIKE ONE! We had already researched and knew which car we wanted to buy. It was only a matter of if the car was in as good of shape as we thought and BUY IT! Of course their first offer included a bunch of crap that was unnecessary. It was a Kia with a ton of factory warranty left. We only asked for a straight deal except take $499 off of the sticker because we didn't want to pay for the "DNA FINGERPRINT" which could not be removed. They said no. We were okay with that, the car was priced fairly and we accepted. We both have 800+ credit scores. We settled on paying full price with some money down and financing the rest. They say okay. But when we told them that we were putting down $18,000 and financing the rest... The car was $22k+ otd. they took 45 minutes to come back to tell us that they WOULD NOT LET US PUT $18K DOWN AND COULD ONLY PUT DOWN $16K DOWN AND FINANCE MORE THAN WE WANTED. xxx! THEY SAID THAT WOULD MAKE IT "MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL" to both parties. xxx! I would have walked out but this car was to be our daughter's 1st car that should last her through the last 2 years of HS and on past college. So.... Instead of making some money on the financing that we were ready to give them.... They didn't get ANY. NONE, ZILCHO, NADA. No extra warranties. No financing etc. STRIKE 2! But WORST OF ALL is they have a Sportage that I wanted to buy that was right there in the showroom. Dang! They could have 2 sales. Then we go to financing and the man makes a BIG DEAL about which fricken seats my wife and I are going to sit in and makes us change. That was it! Deal over, you rude SOBs. But it was for my daughter. So we finished. I've sold cars. I've sold H-D motorcycles and I've bought plenty of cars and I have NEVER been subject to that stereotypical "used car salesman" situation like they have there at RUSS DARROW KIA. BE PREPARED. WALK AWAY IF YOU FEEL LIKE THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOU. They don't care if you leave. They'll just attack the next piece of chum that pulls up into the lot. More
