Too Much of everything! The facility was too fancy. The sales staff was too big. The paper work was way too much and took way too long! I was just looking for a "budget car". But it wasn't even cleaned up yet. I had to go thru an hour of paper work, and decline 3 service agreements! There is no wonder why they had to charge me a $299 service fee (WHICH I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT) With such a new facility I would have thought they had A more efficient way to clean up the dog hair and the black convertible top! More
