The salesman lied to me about repairs that had been done before I purchased the car, they were not done and now will cost me over $1400. When I told them I wanted have them fix this problem they told me the before I purchased the car, they were not done and now will cost me over $1400. When I told them I wanted have them fix this problem they told me their hands were tied since I bought the car and the warranty would cover it so I needed to go to a Toyota dealer. I did this only to find out I have no warranty ( after 3 people confirmed i did ) and now I also have to pay Toyota another $100 just to look at my car! They are not returning my calls now. More

Stopped in the dealership on 8/2 to determine whether we could use a "maintenance/care" coupon from last year. Philip Murphy informed me that the coupons do not expire and I made an appointment for service could use a "maintenance/care" coupon from last year. Philip Murphy informed me that the coupons do not expire and I made an appointment for service on 8/3 for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. Philip took the time to explain to us that the squealing of the brakes was normal and why that was so. He said that in addition to the oil change and other checks that they would inspect the brakes to make sure that they were OK. I just want to say that this whole experience of purchasing and servicing of our vehicle has been a very gratifying experience. I now know why Russ Darrow dealerships are considered one of the major automotive players in the state of Wisconsin.
