They went out of their way (Casey even driving an hour away to another store to get the exact truck, I was looking for). Casey kept me updated during the entire process, from when he left the store and when he returned with the truck. He explained everything clearly and never pressured me. When I came back the following day he took time to research what the extra cubby was and how to use it. I really appreciate all they did to make my car buying experience stress free.
