After a 90 minute wait, I finally asked what was taking so long. I was told that they couldn’t find me when the work was complete - even though I was sitting in their waiting area. They also called my cell phone ( which I had NOT given them the number for) but neglected to leave a message. Not happy with the waste of my time. I am assuming that the work was performed adequately, but the customer service was certainly subpar. This extended wait time for basic service has happened before. Unfortunately this is the closest dealership to me and the maintenance is prepaid under the terms of my lease, otherwise I would be going elsewhere for service. More
