Excellent Hospitality & Service We recently went to Russ Darrow to look at options for when our Kia Forte's lease was up. We met with David Matthies while looking at prospective cars, ultimately falling in love with the new Kia Niro. David was very knowledgeable, took his time to go over details and specifications for the new Niro, and along with his team, really worked with us to make taking home the Kia Niro a reality. We also had our 4yr. old daughter with us during the process, and the Russ Darrow staff was attentive to her, making her feel a part of the process as well.
