Waiting forever I do not recommend this dealership due to the long waiting time four basic services. You went for an oil filter oil change and tire rotation and wait I do not recommend this dealership due to the long waiting time four basic services. You went for an oil filter oil change and tire rotation and waited for 2 hours! At no time did anyone come and tell us there would be an excessively long wait. We arrived at 1:20 p.m. and we left at 3:20 pm. At 3 p.m. I went and asked what was taking so long and was told her car was ready and just going through the carwash. We waited another 10 minutes and inquired again. This time we could see the car in the garage behind two other cars. He said as soon as the other two cars moved we would be able to leave. That took another 10 minutes. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, I do not recommend getting regular maintenance or service done on your car at this location. More

The vehicle was delivered dirty on Jun 8. All of the chrome trim had rail rust spots and a stained drivers seat. The sales manager made an appointment for this to be fixed. That was the last contact with the salesman or sales manager. I picked up my "brand new vehicle" from the service department on Wed, 6/13. The rust spots were gone, the stain on the seat was gone. But the interior windows still had the same original smearing and the exterior was dusty and covered with dead bugs. Due to the issues with rust spots, seat stains and the vehicle being dirty for the original delivery, I expected it to be clean inside and out and someone to contact me or follow up with me. Very disappointed and very dissatisfied. More
