Expect Issues 1. They sold me the wrong car (different VIN than paperwork) 2. They ( the manager) refused to talk to me when I tried to get my loan corrected to th 1. They ( the manager) refused to talk to me when I tried to get my loan corrected to the right car (I had to go in person to confront them) 3. They made mistakes on the finance paperwork and then came to my house and asked me to resign the paperwork on the hood of their car (this person was not from Finance and had no idea what the papers were for, which was just incredible) 4. They knew nothing about the car they were selling me. (sales people are terrible, likely due to turnover as they are a bad organization in my opinion) 5. They offered to add heated seats (at my expense) to get me to sign on the car and then I had to follow up with them three times over several weeks before they actually agreed to install them (after I had already paid for them). More

I knew this guy was a slimey snake the moment I met him. First red flag is that he can’t even make eye contact with his customer when discussing financing, vehicle history, and especially when he makes clai First red flag is that he can’t even make eye contact with his customer when discussing financing, vehicle history, and especially when he makes claims on what he will do for you (AFTER) you buy a vehicle from him. He looks down at his desk or at the floor the whole time he’s talking to you. Second he is NOT an ethical person. He tried to sell me a car that had a ripped leather seat. His way to remedy the situation was to sell me a warranty for the damaged seat so that I could file a claim and have this pre existing damage taken care of. HE FLAT OUT TOLD ME TO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD AND THAT HE WOULD HELP ME WITH IT. I read the warranty, they don’t even fix the seat, they just reapply the simoniz clear coat. He was completely trying to screw me over by upselling a warranty that would not cover the damage. He knew exactly what he was doing. For him to call himself a “Manager” is hilariously pathetic. Ryan is a clown. With ethics like this, I can see why he is only a slimey car salesman working at a Kia dealership. More
