Ok so let me start out by saying I have had multiple interactions with multiple different dealerships. BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH. I had a Jeep Cherokee, but it got totaled in a parki interactions with multiple different dealerships. BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH. I had a Jeep Cherokee, but it got totaled in a parking lot. Crazy person hit 4 parked cars. I was on a fight timeline since I had to go to work and all kinds of other reasons. I had a check list of things I wanted in my new car and they hit all but one. A CD player. Apparently those are gone way of the cassette tape. Very sad day. *Shrug* this car had fancy things in it that I didn't even know I wanted. Neither were pushy about anything and listened to all my worries. My husband was with me and since it was going to be MY car they listened to me more. Beyond grateful for that. Many times dealership people ignore or don't really listen to the woman but they actually did. It was very refreshing. I got a BRAND new 2019 kia forte ex. With maybe 20 miles on it? I got a great deal on it. They did take my husband's concerns about price and safety features seriously. I am very happy with getting the Platinum rewards card and the service that allows you to take your car in if you mess up the inside. I have two large dogs with sharp nails, hopefully I won't have to get those fixed anytime soon. But I know it will be a painless process if I have to. When my husband's car gets to old to drive I will be coming back to see them knowing I will be treated with respect, caring and personal service. If I could do more than 5 stars I would. More
David Leung was very friendly. Not pushy and was very knowledgeable. Alex was a little pushy about the seat/rust protection, which I declined.
