I’ve been using this dealer for service several years, and had no issues at all. I had multiple discrepancies this time but one of them was that I was told that my battery that I purchased 7 months ago n and had no issues at all. I had multiple discrepancies this time but one of them was that I was told that my battery that I purchased 7 months ago needed to be replaced. I had warranty in auto-zone so I took it back, once I got to auto-zone they ran a test and the battery was perfectly fine, no issues at all. I just don’t think that’s a good way to do business. I guess they were expecting me to take their word, and have a new battery put in for about $140. More
After my $75 oil change, I never got an inspection sheet saying how things checked out. I was told that would be on a video I was sent by the technician. I never received the video. My odometer indicating how many miles until the next oil change was not reset nor was a sticker put on my windshield indicating the same thing. My washer fluid wasn't topped off and when I check my engine air filter, it was quite dirty as I had just come home from a 9 day, 4200 mile trip. But I was told everything looked good. I wonder if they actually changed my oil. More
