Hello I never received a missed call and I provided an email and never got any information. I find that ironic that neither one of those forms of communication could be utilized. I called twice and spoke with John was told dealer Price on Internet would be honored. However when I looked on the website today the prices have gone up. I don’t have time for dishonesty. Thank you for your time. We won’t be doing business with your dealership.

I am sorry you feel this way , I do not want to publicly get into the actual details of your situation and how it happened but we reached out to the manufacturer on your behalf multiple times and found a resolution for you which is all between yourself and the manufacturer and nothing to do with the store.

It has everything to do with the store. You have a duty to your customers and have miserably failed. You have refused my calls and ignored my messages and my demand you resolve this to my satisfaction. What you have done is basically nothing and the company holds my money and claims I have a $3741.46 debt to Kia!! Do the right thing Ryan. You have ignored my August 2, 2021 letter long enough
