Poor communication. I always had to reach out to them to get a status on things. They usually wash the car when I have an oil change and they didn’t this time. The car actually is way dirtier than when dropped off, not exactly sure why. No one explained the bill to me. Leaking oil issue was “fixed” last time car was serviced and had to be redone this time (at my expense). I would not recommend. The only reason I went there is because the other Kia dealer is pretty far out of my way. More

My car has a warranty issue that needs repaired. They told me they’d call when part came in, and it’d be a few hour job. After 2 weeks I heard nothing so I called. Part was in and no one told me, but then was told only some of the part pieces were in. They also told me it’d be a multiple day job. Very different from what I was initially told. They told me they’d call when all parts are in. That was over a month ago and I’ve called twice for updates. I was told I’d hear by last Friday and nothing. More

Russ Darrow Kia has always been a scam the only reason I still go there is because I have free oil changes left on my account once those are used up I’ll be going elsewhere Never Buy a car here the salesman still go there is because I have free oil changes left on my account once those are used up I’ll be going elsewhere Never Buy a car here the salesman and manager are just big scammers there are 4 or 5 other dealerships within a mile of Kia I would go there before I ever stop at Russ Darrow Again 0/5⭐️ More
