Key Fob synchronization I have key fob issues and with the aftermarket auto start that was added at one time, only one key works. I wanted to have two working keys, but after I have key fob issues and with the aftermarket auto start that was added at one time, only one key works. I wanted to have two working keys, but after I found out they were going to unwire the auto start and the cost could be high to this we decided to wait. The disappointing thing is that the auto start was working when I came in and now after their attempts to fix the second key it does not anymore. So I left there with more problems than when I came and the service person didn’t know how to fix this since it’s an aftermarket part. I get it, but I wish I would have been told this and I wouldn’t have paid to have this done. Now I’m not sure what to do. A little disappointed. More

I had a good visit to Russ Darrow Honda for service I can't complain about anything in today's visit. Alicia was incredibly nice and good to work with. Recomended for previous service not most recent In the past 2 years we have had good service at Darrow. But this time the mechanic spilled a lot of oil. After 70 miles driving still smelling the oil In the past 2 years we have had good service at Darrow. But this time the mechanic spilled a lot of oil. After 70 miles driving still smelling the oil burning off. Of course the 6 inch puddle didnt burn off nor did the 3 spills ont the plastic shield above the radiator. Which was obvious with oil standing and no one saw it, really. I understand Alicia was not responsible for the mess. More
