I have appointments 12:00 for installation new tires service advisor asked me about to do Alignment I’m agree and asked how long this service was going she says 2 hour I’m agree and say my wife going to service advisor asked me about to do Alignment I’m agree and asked how long this service was going she says 2 hour I’m agree and say my wife going to work at four advisor tell me what this enough time nobody’s call as this 3:30 we decide coming anyway she asked car not ready we complain about this she asked as not to do alignment because this not necessary this service we not agree finally my wife late to work one hour I’m late to work one hour theerty More
