Service Advisor communication I was not satisfied with my experience. I made an appointment on august 3rd, 2019 @ 1pm . I showed up at 1255pm. The service advisor by the name of Al I was not satisfied with my experience. I made an appointment on august 3rd, 2019 @ 1pm . I showed up at 1255pm. The service advisor by the name of Alicia Norwood took my car in for service. She did her rounds around my car and took my name, phone number etc. She told me itll take about 2 hours to 3hours max to get the car finished. I came back in around 3:25pm. She did not give me a call NOR let me know that my car was already finished at 3pm. I waited and waited and waited in the waiting area until 5pm, which was closing time. Luckily one the other service Advisor came up and ask if I've been helped. I told her that I've been waiting for almost 3 hours for my car to be finished or at least Alicia to call and let me know. She never did. She saw me waiting in the waiting area but did not have the nerve to let me know that my car was finished at 3pm. She did not do her job correctly. Everyone who came in after me have gotten out before me. I am so upset at her customer service. Alicia Norwoord did not do a great job. I am displeased with her customer service. More
Air Bag recall I came in for the recall on the airbags .When I was to leave I noticed the floor on the drivers side was covered with grease footprints. The passeng I came in for the recall on the airbags .When I was to leave I noticed the floor on the drivers side was covered with grease footprints. The passenger side dashboard had 2 holes in it. Angela Davis 958 cleaned the floor while I was there. I had to come back the next week when the interior repairman was there. I was very disappointed with service the first time I was there. It was a brand new car Brought my new 2019 vehicle in for service. It came back with scratched door sills. Interior scuffs and oil/grease all over the carpets. AC Service My service technician was the best I’ve had at Russ Darrow Honda in all the years that I’ve had regular maintenance and service there. She was courte My service technician was the best I’ve had at Russ Darrow Honda in all the years that I’ve had regular maintenance and service there. She was courteous competent and pleasant. My pilot has required yearly service to the air conditioning unit. This year required a compressor which is an expensive item. She did everything she could to accommodate me the customer. In the end I had no trouble paying for the service that I received. I will continue to do all my service at Russ Darrow Honda. I will buy my next Honda there too! More
