Eric the mechanic ck'd my tie rod- felt the tied rod being loose. Pleasant & efficient. I went on a payment plan, trying to get word on a reduction of costs anyway now. Car is only only alittle over being loose. Pleasant & efficient. I went on a payment plan, trying to get word on a reduction of costs anyway now. Car is only only alittle over 3 yrs. old & not even 19,000 miles. Would like to get a compensation for costs- waiting. Took 2 1/2 hrs. to fix problem. Great service experience. The extensive service work was done way before the estimated quoted time. The service advisor Jay Malkowski, did a tremendous for me.
