My dealer advisor (Eric N.) and tech (sorry, never got his name) was 100% amazing. I came into town to quickly visit a friend before going to Chicago. Unexpectedly, my passports engine light started flash his name) was 100% amazing. I came into town to quickly visit a friend before going to Chicago. Unexpectedly, my passports engine light started flashing and my car did not accelerate normally and was stuck at 50-55 mph. Luckily I was near this Honda dealership and exited off the highway to get it checked. Due to misfire issues and other things I don’t know about, Honda had to order car parts to have it repaired asap. I left my car there for 3 nights. Each day I called Honda for a status check like an annoying customer, but Eric was ALWAYS patient/nice/calm and informative. The tech worked at light speed to have my car ready by weds so I can leave back home and I got home safely. Thank you to you BOTH for being so awesome. Please give them a raise (or employee of the year). Thank you. More

John was very helpful getting my timing belt fixed within a day and offered a loaner car. He also identified and fixed other issues such as AC and high noise. The girl I worked with from service was cool but the guy from Finance was rude. I have extra coverage that I purchased from this dealership but they claim I either don’t have it or they don’t have proof of from Finance was rude.
