Great experience!!! So I’m driving down the street thinking about buying a car and just then I came upon Russ Darrow Honda. So I decided to stop and do some car shopping So I’m driving down the street thinking about buying a car and just then I came upon Russ Darrow Honda. So I decided to stop and do some car shopping. I was greeted by Josh who I immediately felt a connection with. We talked a bit and he was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I was then referred to Mike Tular who was equally as nice and quite friendly. He gave me direction and counseling on buying a car that, not only was in my price range, but also practical for someone with a growing family. Well...3 month later after much soul searching I finally purchased a Toyota Sienna. It was priced $2k below market value, according to KBB. My overall experience at Russ Darrow was great. I never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle and they were very patient with me over the course of 3 months and many test drives. Mike Tular even came in for an hour on his day off to assist me in taking the sienna for a test drive. Now if that’s not dedication toward a customer, then I don’t know what is. My wife and I are very pleased with our overall experience and now consider Josh, Mike, and Russ Darrow our friends and not just sales associates. More
