I realized later that the wiper blades were SHOT & the antenna is missing. Imagine 1 of the most important features w/0 an antenna. Their response: “How do we know it didn’t happen while you had it” ...for that short amount that i had it? BCOZ I’M HONEST. I’M NOT GOING TO xxxx OVER WIPER BLADES & AN ANTENNA. I was told they would look for the 2nd fob. I still have only 1. That would be a real hardship if i misplaced it. Ugly: I can’t believe that ____ w/the glasses is still hired. It was a total bother for him to bring back out a BRAND NEW car that i was considering the 1st time i shopped Darrow. The only reason i came back, back then, was i saw a veh i liked in the lot, & bought it. The AA guy who sold it to me (duzn’t work there anymore) was much nicer than the 1st guy. So i came back & bought a 2nd 1 from Darrow ...but not sure i’ll be back esp due to feeling ripped off w/blades & antenna, & what they “said about me”. Just used to that pleasant feeling of businesses bending over backwards these days. Tip: Ask if cust wants car wash w/oil change. I just got mine professionally washed only to come out & have to wipe it all down, also fearing that Darrow’s wash may have removed the wax & poly shield etc. I will accept a call if you like. 414-573-6097 More
