Jeff Zembrosky our salesmen went out of his way to give us by far the best car buying experience we've ever had! Jeff spent a great deal of time educating us about the car we were interested in and options available - never pushing a sale. We knew that Russ Darrow was where we wanted to buy our car. We bought a Honda CRV - this is the first Honda we've owned and excited about it. The other individuals we worked with at Russ Darrow, Elizabeth Greene in financing and Josh Eynon the Sales manager was a pleasure to work with. Overall again, the best car buying experience! Finally! Great Customer Service and Value Ended up with a BETTER vehicle than I came for, and only because of Freddy's wonderful attention to my needs. He was intuitive, extremely friendly, not pushy, easy to work with and made me feel at ease. This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased, and now Russ Darrow and Freddy have a customer for life! I will share my expierience with my family and friends and hope everyone will have the opportunity to experience true customer service. I find is nearly impossible to find good customer service these days, but Freddy, George and everyone else at this dealer really showed me, it still exists. Thank you! More

Bad service After our oil change was complete, the service department washed our Pilot and got our interior of the truck all wet. They tried to dry it a bit but l After our oil change was complete, the service department washed our Pilot and got our interior of the truck all wet. They tried to dry it a bit but left all leather seats wet dash board was wet all my personal belongings were wet. Not sure if they opened the windows and ran it through the car wash. I hope none of my vehicles electronics are damanged. Will be calling the service manager to complain about the poor service. More
