I told her what the issue was by doing research on line of the problem with the rear hatch not opening in cold weather. This problem has been going on with Honda CRV since 2011. When it's cold outside the rear door latch doesn't open.. no recalls? Before I made the appointment, I talked to the parts manager to make sure the switch was in stock. After waiting 1 hour Alobdra told me it wasn't in stock and they would call around for the part, but they later found out they had the part. It took 2.5 hours to do. More

Easy going and laid back This was my first time buying a new car and overall my experience was great. David Twohig was very accommodating and very laid back. I didn’t feel pushed to buy anything nor did he try to over sell my car to me. We ended up being the last ones out of the dealership on a very busy Saturday which is to be expected during tax refund season. I antipated spending the day in the dealership if I was going to be leaving with a car and was not upset about the time we had to spend there. Mike Graat, the finance manager was still apologetic about the length of time in and out and offered us to come back in to get a free detail on the car which is lovely. I apologize I can’t remember who we sat down with in finance but he was great as well. The finance guy answered all pushing or awkward questions without cutting corners and sugar coating it. We walked out with the car we desired with the price we desired and a very happy customer. I love my new Honda Civic EX it’s everything I could of asked for. Thanks guys! More
