Power steering problem I realized my power steering went out. I had the car towed. The service department had an explanation of why it went out as well as a plan to fix with I realized my power steering went out. I had the car towed. The service department had an explanation of why it went out as well as a plan to fix within 45 minuets. It was not a default but apparently a rabbit had made a nest in the engine and had chewed through the wiring harness that housed the power steering.:( More

Very Accommodating Service Our 2015 C-RV just hit 21.5K and required an oil change and tire rotation according to the onboard maintenance system. When the car was purchased, Rus Our 2015 C-RV just hit 21.5K and required an oil change and tire rotation according to the onboard maintenance system. When the car was purchased, Russ Darrow Honda threw in a coupon book for five free oil changes and tire rotations. Because the car isn't driven that much, the service intervals are greater than what is printed on the coupons. Russ Darrow continues to accept them with no questions or comments. Additionally, the ease of making a service appointment at short notice or even on a Sunday is greatly appreciated. Service rep Jay unnecessarily apologized for my service taking 5 minutes longer than the hour he originally estimated. This is the second C-RV we've purchased from Russ Darrow and probably, not the last. The service department is one of the reasons we will come back to Russ Darrow. More

Nice experience with Mike and Jonathan Mike was professional and very knowledgeable about the brand new model Honda Clarity Plug in.
