I’ve had issues with the controls on this car. I was misled about CarPlay by salesman. I did not understand that I needed to use a cable to connect my phone to CarPlay especially on a 2026 model. I asked within one day if I could return it and he said no I thought it was only for the music when I told him that he called me a liar. When talking to the salesman, he called me a liar and has been quite rude. I would never buy from this dealership again. I do not like the car and would never get a Volvo again. It’s also crazy that a 2026 model needs a cable to connect to CarPlay. A lot of people have CarPlay so that’s not a wise move. The finance manager was nice and polite, but the salesman was not. Also, they were in a rush to get me out of there and did not set up my phone to the car. There were a lot of things that he did not go over with me or set up prior to my leaving with the car. Basically he just wanted to go home. I had to get a professional to get my CarPlay working even after buying two cables. A few years ago, when I leased an Audi, they had a tech guy that set up the whole car for me answered any questions went over everything with me. This did not happen at the Volvo dealer. Would not recommend! More

Solid service during purchase. My Issues arose after I leased my vehicle and inventoried it at home. I was missing some small items and notified my sales agent. My agent, Konstantin, failed to stick to his word and secure the missing parts. Even after I reported it to him on 3 occasions. While he returned my texts, he never followed through and ensured the parts department actually mailed the missing items. I had to purchase the parts myself. Luckily, it was only a couple plastic cigarette lighter covers worth only $12. But imagine if I needed missing parts or service worth hundreds of dollars and Konstantin and Roznak Volvo didn't follow through. If they are too cheap or busy to follow through on small issues, I doubt they will follow through on big issues. Buyer beware! More
