Hi Ines, thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I just finished speaking with you and we do not want to make you responsible for another charge. All you were explained was the process of a diagnostic fee in the event that what is found on your vehicle is a different issue from your last visit. We will gladly cover the expense if we check the vehicle and find that if it's something we did in our last repair. We just have to make you aware of all possible scenarios so that you don't feel blindsided in the event of the finding being something completely different.
