What Others Say

Bought a used vehicle from Rudolph Honda expecting the same great service I’ve had with Rudolph Chevrolet—completely different experience. They claim a “100-point inspection,” yet less than a month later I’m facing a $2,000 headlight repair. That shouldn’t happen if the inspection was actually done properly. Yes, an extended warranty was offered—but you shouldn’t have to pay extra just to feel confident the vehicle was inspected correctly. I also tried to trade in the same vehicle—the one they just sold me—and received a lowball offer. On top of that, I’ve attempted to contact the manager multiple times via email. I received one returned call, but haven’t heard back since. Salesperson Hector Ramirez was excellent, unfortunately they didnt have a vehicle a Rudolph Chevrolet—he genuinely tried to find the best option and did everything he could to help. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not reflect that same level of service. Between the questionable inspection, poor follow-up, and lack of accountability, this experience fell well below expectations. I would not recommend this dealership.

Our buying experience at Rudolph Honda was bittersweet. Salvador, who assisted us throughout the process, was very professional, helpful, and respectful of our time. He made the shopping experience comfortable and answered our questions thoroughly. However, things became disappointing when it came time to finalize the deal. We were informed that the 100,000-mile/7-year powertrain warranty Salvador had told us applied to the vehicle we wanted to purchase was actually not available for that vehicle, and Rudolph Honda was unable to honor that information. This misunderstanding significantly affected our decision and left us feeling frustrated at the end of what had otherwise been a positive experience. We appreciate Salvador’s professionalism, but clearer communication and honoring quoted terms would have made this a much better experience overall.

Showed them what another dealer a few hours away was offering, a 4k discount, the counter offer was a 4k discount with about 3900 dollars in add ons. Add ons worth maybe 400. They wouldn't budge. So I drove 4 hours cost me half a tank of gas .and 100 bucks for a hotel, good return on my money 4k in my pocket. It's worth the trip even an 8 hr drive is worth it. That's 4k and about 80 dollars a month in your pocket. They are decent people, and there to make money, I get it. But fair is fair.

Recall work was completed very promptly and wait time was not as long as originally expected.

The sales lady Martha was very helpful, she meet all my needs. Had a good deal.

Super thankful with the team that assisted me. They made sure everything went smoothly and got me right. Luis Ayala is the man! Thank you once again for the hospitality. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!
