During the drop off of your vehicle everyone is notified that it will be a full day to day and a half due to the high volume of vehicles ahead of yours. About the shuttle drivers, they are not allowed to answer customer calls. All pick-ups must be scheduled directly with your Advisor to ensure the logistics are met flawlessly. If you'd rather text the Advisor for a faster response you can do so to the number that you received your welcome text from when you first dropped off. Thank you again for your feedback.
