Offered ten minute test drive. Misinformed on rebates (Grad Incentive). One of the salesperson was very unprofessional and Rude. Lack of communication. Required Autobutler Charge. Misinformed on rebates (Grad Incentive). One of the salesperson was very unprofessional and Rude. Lack of communication. Required Autobutler Charge. Poor detail job. Scratches on vehicle. Didn’t explain vehicle features. Irrelevant information given (comments on commission). Don’t follow through with what they tell the customer. Salesperson tells you one thing and then changes it and tells you another after they forgot what they told you and say they didn’t say that. The finance manger was helpful and efficient. More

At the time of purchase I was promised the issues would be resolved quickly after purchase. Almost 3 months later I was finally told to take one of the vehicles in as the parts were in, but only after i inquired into the status. At that time I was told they ordered the wrong parts and it would take another week for the correct parts to arrive. Regarding my other vehicle I was told wrong parts had also been ordered for that one, which I believe they were never really ordered. Two weeks later I finally have both my vehicles repaired after 3 months. When I tried to speak to a manager on that day I was told none were available. I asked to speak to the general store manager who was also unavailable. I was told he would call me back but never did. Very disappointing with all involved, sales, service, parts departments, and management. I actually used to think Rudolph was an above average dealership but my first personal experience with them has left me completely dissatisfied. Well at least there is another Honda dealership in El Paso where I can have both vehicles serviced in the future. More
