I have been here multiple times and the service sucks. The first time i was looking to purchase and no rep came to assist us. Then i came for a recalll and was told the parts were not in. The next time i was told i had to order the part myself. I went back in last Thursday and spoke with Taylor who said the parts should be in and would get a call. Went in for an oil change. When I left, smoke came out from under the hood & a strong burning smell. Had to return for oil spill on manifold. They did wash off the oil. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and the friendliness of the staff. However, I cannot give a 5-star rating because they did not look to see if all items were completed on the recall list, an friendliness of the staff. Overall good service, only thing that was a bit disappointing was that I had to go back twice to get my Accord fixed for a fuel pump recall.
