I believe in had already spoken to you. It was on Monday when I was at your department. Received a call with promise that I would hear back with more information and nothing has come of this. It is very frustrating as a customer to not be held to a high standard by your dealer simply because the vehicle is out of warranty, it is not my fault there is a lack of communication and from employees to employees. Rudolph carries a name that is held to a high standard! Had I dealt with Chevy this would not be an issue.
