Wasn't happy that a brand new car,less then a week old had problems and took 2 visits to service dept to get it fixed. Service had car longer then I had it. My first payment was due 3 days after I got my had problems and took 2 visits to service dept to get it fixed. Service had car longer then I had it. My first payment was due 3 days after I got my car back. Not happy!!!! Won't buy another Honda again!!! More

Buying a car in the past has not been a good experience, but the Rudolph personnel changed my mind. Luis, Michael, and Lucas have excellent customer interactions by listening, answering my questions, and ad but the Rudolph personnel changed my mind. I never felt pressured, and they worked through the buying process professionally. I was very impressed that they were knowledgeable about the mechanics of the car and the elements of credit processing, and highlighted by minimal responsibilities facilitating my tasks. The culture at Rudolph focuses on customer satisfaction, and Luis, Michael, and Lucas have perfected it. I have already recommended them to a friend, and I will continue to do so. More
