Thank you for taking the time to give us your review. I'm sorry for the confusion about how the appointments work for the service dept. Based on your review it's clear it wasn't explained properly and for that I apologize. The appointments for us and for most dealers across the board are only to help your check-in process go faster and smoother. However, the actual shop is on a first come first serve basis and the vehicle's in front will still be in front of yours hence why the one day delay to get it back. Of course that also includes the time the technician takes to diagnose and repair once they are actually on your vehicle. The reason the Advisor suggested to come back in a week was because the volume was much higher when you first came in and you would of had to leave the vehicle for at least 4-5 business days as oppose to the one day it ended up being. I'm glad to hear the repair was done well as that is our number one priority. Again thank you for your review and we hope to continue earning your business in the future.
