I am very sorry your visit didn't meet your expectations. I understand your vehicle was only here for a state inspection and a software update recall. When it comes to inspections those can take anywhere from 20-30min to check all the boxes the states and city requires. Software update of any kind are the trickier items because we are at the mercy of internet connections and wifi communication. Think about it this way, similar to a cell phone when we do an update to the latest version, it is recommended to have full battery charge and good wifi connection to make the software load faster. Of course both you and I know that even on wifi the upload can give us estimated wait time of 30min but can actually last an hour at times. It's the same thing when doing vehicle updates. They're so unpredictable and can sometimes take 30 minutes to 2 hours. I do also want to apologize for what sounds like and internal lack of communication amongst the advisor that cashed you out and your actual advisor Taylor who was at lunch at the time. When Taylor came back he was not aware that you had already paid and left and thought you were still here which is why he called to go over your multi-point inspection. It's their responsibility to go over recommended services with all customers to make them aware if something is needed.
