We understand speaking with an actual person is very important and way more accurate and practical which is why we still only have our staff answering calls once you select the department prompt rather than an automated AI bot that will try and answer questions like most other dealerships. Unfortunately, with that comes the limited amount of calls we can answer at once. We always encourage customer to leave us a message so we can return your call if this ever happens. The Menu is the same as a receptionist who would still need to transfer you to the right department. When is comes to your visit experience, I would like to know a little more details to see where maybe the area of training opportunity lies. We still have the staff answer the calls rather than having an automated AI bot like most other dealerships. Unfortunately, during high call volumes this can be a little challenging to get to the tons of incoming calls and messages.
