Great personalities but difficult to talk to a real person. Was disconnected twice . Went in for maintenance, added services I didn’t request! Was informed by online information the vehicle had a factory recall! However, your recall was done three months prior, system needs updating to include all work done. Car was not washed, they requested it be washed! Worst part is talking to the service advisor is almost impossible. A phone number is given but when you call, they never answer instead it’s leave a message recording! The main dealership phone number needs to be a human not a select department. Very frustrating to get a menu to get to the right department. More
