My experience was amazing! When I drove in with a 2010 Honda, I was greeted with courtesy and interest in what then problem might be. I said that my husband had the car gone When I drove in with a 2010 Honda, I was greeted with courtesy and interest in what then problem might be. I said that my husband had the car gone ever so carefully because he was going on a long driving trip a little over a year ago and I thought it was probably in good condition and it was. Unfortunately, my husband passed away before he could go on the trip. I explained this and told the lady, Russel had worked on it before. She called Russel and he came to greet me. He remembered my husband and all the work he had done on the car. He took the car and went over it and found it needed the oil change and new window wipers. My daughter is coming from Dallas and is going to drive the car to Cloudcroft, and I feel confident it will be safe and in good condition. Your service department is exemplary. Ann Lilly More
Got an oil & filter change on Saturday August 31st; when looking at my paperwork I noticed I had received the wrong info; the info I received belonged to a 2016 Honda Civic.
