SERVICE VISIT

This has been an ongoing problem since I have had 2 Honda civics. Took Honda in for recall check and tire check and rotation. Did anyone take my comment about false low tire light coming on? NO! No one civics. Took Honda in for recall check and tire check and rotation. Did anyone take my comment about false low tire light coming on? NO! No one bothered to check and guess what the light came on while on my trip and for 9 freaking hours I was on edge wondering if my tires were really low. Did Honda actually do their job and check the tires. I had to stop a few times just to make sure. Yet I have a list of things that need to be looked at BUT did the mechanics actually check or is it because of the mileage? The advisers and mechanics do the very basic, the least possible to be able to get back to doing nothing. At my work place I hear the same complaints that I have so it’s all around town the Rudolph Honda service is terrible!!!! More

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your opinion is important to us and helps us understand areas of training opportunity. We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations during your last visit. The last thing we want is for any customer to struggle on the road especially during a road trip. We understand your frustration and we hope that you made it to your location safe. Tires are checked every time the vehicle is in for any service. If no leaks are found at the time we set the pressures to 35psi and clear the light (if on at the time). If Advisors and Mechanics do nothing they don't get paid as they're on commission not hourly. So of course we want to find a leak in a tire, not just for your safety but so we can pay the lights to our facility. Again sorry you had a bad impression with your experience. Please reach out to us to see what we can do to make it right for you. Enjoy the rest of your day.
