I wasn’t going to respond, but I keep getting email reminders. So here goes. Dashboard indicated problem (about 12pm). I was at service department at 1:30pm. I described the problem and what I had done (from internet). Noemi told me diagnostic test would be about $200 and leaving car 2-3 days. I said technician should look at job before deciding on diagnostic; remedy might be simpler. I found (on internet) that job should be under warranty. Noemi dismissed what I said. She told me that info I had gotten from internet was wrong. Her example was that someone could look up their symptoms on internet and conclude they had cancer. She repeated her example, while laughing, until I stopped her. I told her I had lost a close relative to cancer 3 weeks before. I wonder if she would have said same if I was a man. Technician understood the problem… probably not first time he’d seen it. Work was under warranty ($0) and I was out in 45 minutes. I felt I had to advocate for myself in what should have been a simple exchange. I felt she couldn’t get me out fast enough. More
The day before my oil change I stopped by the service center to get a print out of recommended work that Honda says I need to have completed. The next day, after my oil change, I received another print o center to get a print out of recommended work that Honda says I need to have completed. The next day, after my oil change, I received another print out of recommended services. Both print outs were nearly identical but the price difference was vastly different by thousands of dollars. Hard to know what’s true or if I can trust them. More

Customer Service is great. My car almost got completely messed up after the oil change I got from them. According to them it was a faulty filter, however this could have ruined My car almost got completely messed up after the oil change I got from them.
